More Than Words is a parent training program taught by a speech-language pathologist who is a certified instructor for the Hanen Center. ​

 

This program helps children reach three goals:

 

1. Improved social skills

2. Improved ability to engage back and forth in interaction

3. Improved understanding of language

 

 

This program includes 8 group sessions to learn strategies and 3 individual sessions in which the speech-language pathologist provides parent coatching.
